Is Caribou Cabin a Canadian company?

Yes!  Caribou Cabin is based in Toronto, where we manufacture all of our products.  All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.  We ship our products to anywhere in Canada.

Do you offer custom sizes?

What makes Caribou Cabin display boards special?

All of our display boards are made to order using the best materials on the market.  By purchasing a high quality chalkboard, pinboard, corkboard, or whiteboard, you are investing in a functional and stylish product that will be a part of your home and life for a long time.  Our products are built to last!

Our frames are made of Canadian Ash (hardwood) which are milled and stained in Canada. Our display surfaces are the best available, such as porcelain blackboards and whiteboards, premium 1/2" corkboard, and durable real linen on our pinboards.

Do you offer discounts to professional Interior Designers?

While we do not have an official program in place, we do work with many Canadian Interior Designers.  Please contact us and we will work with you to verify your business and setup an appropriate discount based on the volume of yearly sales.

Can you ship to someone else, such as a friend, client, or family member?

Absolutely!  In the checkout you can choose a different Billing and Shipping address. The package we send out does not include any invoice or pricing information.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

With time-tested custom engineered packaging, we have an extremely low parcel damage rate (less than 0.1%). So you can be confident your order will arrive in excellent condition. In the extremely rare instance a package arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured and we will gladly have the item replaced.

If I am unhappy with my order, do you accept returns?

We will do whatever we can to make your experience a positive one, and get you a product you can be happy with. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 15 days of receiving it. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for returned item(s). In order to qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused and in undamaged condition. We cannot accept COD return shipments, return postage must be prepaid.
